Kevin L. Manning is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and publishing strategist dedicated to helping individuals turn vision into measurable impact. As Executive Producer of the Good Neighbor Podcast: Orlando, Kevin highlights the stories of local business owners, community leaders, and innovators who are making a positive difference across the Orlando area.

Orlando is one of the most dynamic communities in Florida—home to a thriving small-business ecosystem, a diverse population, and a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation. Through the podcast, Kevin connects neighbors with the people and businesses that help the community grow, creating a platform where local stories, expertise, and relationships can

Kevin is an honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman. During his service, he received advanced medical training through the Naval Academy of Health Sciences, including EMT instruction, orthopedic cast technician training, and specialization as a physical therapy technician. He also completed Field Medical Service School and served alongside Marines of the 2nd Marine Division at Camp Lejeune.

He is also the creator of the POINT A TO “BE” framework, a nine-step model designed to help individuals clarify identity, align with purpose, and achieve self-actualization through disciplined execution.

Through his podcast, speaking engagements, and publishing work, Kevin engages entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders—challenging audiences to move from where they are today to who they were created to become.
